The Manchester United star met the rest of the squad at their Cheshire base when they returned from Thursday's 0-0 draw in Oslo.
The winger insists he has recovered from the leg bruising he received in last weekend's FA Cup final win in Cardiff following a tackle from Dennis Wise.
That injury forced Giggs to pull out of the Norway trip, where Wales fielded their youngest side for 25 years to force a creditable draw.
