Five people were injured in an incident in a northside Dublin pub last night

Five people were injured in an incident in a northside Dublin pub last night. A garda spokesman said two shots were fired from a shotgun.

The incident happened in Gleeson’s pub in Finglas at around 10.20 p.m.

The five injured people were taken to the Mater Hospital, but their conditions are not thought to be serious.

No arrests have been made, but gardaí say they are following a definite line of inquiry.
