Mr Cooke sells the three main varieties of caviar - Beluga, Sevruga, and Oscietre - in his shop, with prices ranging from £35 to £52 a jar. Another good source of caviar is Donnybrook's Terroirs, who stock the Petrossian label. Prices here range from £26-£32.
