Four people have been arrested in a RUC murder inquiry after the disappearance of a businessman in the North last summer.
Three men and a woman were detained in Co Fermanagh where the RUC carried out a series of searches in an attempt to find the body of Mr Gerry McGinley.
He was last seen with his wife Julie outside a hotel in Enniskillen in Co Fermanagh last August.
The woman and two of the men come from Fermanagh. The third man is from Ballyshannon in Co Donegal.
Mr McGinley (34) a haulier, lived with his wife and two children outside Ballinamallard in Co Fermanagh.
Even though no body has been discovered police confirmed today they have started a murder investigation.
His wife Julie told the RUC he left the couple's home with some men in a car registered in the Republic.
Gardaí in Manorhamilton in Co Leitrim are also involved in the search.
