The legal environment in which gaming and lottery activities in Ireland are conducted is being reviewed by the Government.The review, announced yesterday by the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, Mr O'Donoghue, is to be carried out by an interdepartmental group from the Departments of Finance, Environment and Local Government as well as the Revenue Commissioners and the gardai. Submissions are being invited from all interested parties by way of public advertisements, Mr O'Donoghue said.
