Gardai in Dublin are investigating an incident in which a passenger in a car shot at another car in Finglas this morning.
A Garda spokesman said two men travelling in one car at Hampton Wood Road at about 11.30am were fired upon by the male passenger of a second car, a Chevrolet Lacetti estate, forcing it to stop.
No one was injured. The Chevrolet was founded burned out on St. Margarets Road a short time later.
“Gardai are particularly keen to trace the movements of this blue Chevrolet Lacetti estate type car, 06 WD 2654, which was stolen in Howth, Co Dublin on September 27th,” the Garda spokesman added.
