Gardaí in Blanchardstown have appealed to the public for help in tracing the whereabouts of a teenager who has been missing for a week.

James Maughan (16) went missing from his accommadation in Blanchardstown since Friday, 25th August last.

He is described as being 5'6" in height, of broad build, with blue eyes and light brown hair.

When last seen he was wearing navy tracksuit bottoms, white runners and baseball cap.

Gardaí believe James may be in the Ringsend area of Dublin. Anyone with information is asked to contact Blanchardstown Garda station on 01 - 666-7000.
