The body of Mr Bull (32), a new-age traveller, was discovered on Thursday in the tank on a farm at Shanlaragh, Dunmanway. A postmortem revealed he died from head injuries consistent with being struck with a blunt instrument.

Gardaí believe he was already dead when his body was dumped in the tank, and that he may have been left there up to two weeks ago.
