Gardaí have said they are not treating as suspicious the discovery of a body in a burnt-out car in Co Kerry.
The body was discovered yesterday this afternoon at Curaheen, three miles from Tralee; it is not known if the body is that of a male or female.
However, following a post-mortem carried out today gardaí have ruled out foul play.
It is thought the car was at the scene since the previous night.
Elsewhere, a murder inquiry in Co Monaghan continues today after detectives yesterday made appealed for information about the stabbing of a man in Clones.
The Lithuanian (21) was found dead at a flat in the town shortly after 9 am on Sunday morning.
Gardaí had been at the flat an hour before the discovery in response to complaints about a party at the home.
