Three people were killed and more than 20 injured when an explosion demolished a building in the southern Spanish city of Seville.
"The explosion... was deliberately caused by one neighbour using gas and gasoline and it caused the collapse of a four-storey housing block," a government spokesman said.
A town council official confirmed media reports that the death toll had risen to three as emergency teams sought to recover the bodies of a married couple crushed under the rubble.
Another man was also killed by the blast.
