Scottish Radio Holdings' takeover of Dublin radio station FM 104 has been approved by the Departmnet of Enterprise Trade and Employment.
The Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise Trade and Employment, Ms Harney, confirmed that she has decided not to raise any concerns about the takeover and accordingly the acquisition has now been cleared by all relevant regulatory authorities.
Commenting on the approval Mr Richard Findlay, SRH's chief executive, said FM104 will be a perfect complement to its national radio franchise Today FM.
