  • Healthcare in Ireland: Good If You Can Afford It?is the title of the Irish Times/Pfizer health forum, being held in Limerick Institute of Technology this evening. Among the speakers will be Labour's spokeswoman on health, Jan O'Sullivan, Dr John Barton, consultant cardiologist at Portiuncula Hospital, Co Galway, and Ciaran O'Neill, professor of health technology assessment, Department of Economics, NUI Galway.   • National Breastfeeding Week begins on Friday with health promotion departments and health centres throughout the country offering breastfeeding support materials to women.
