GLUTEN-FREE COOK BOOK: The Coeliac Society has launched a cookery book, Gluten Free All-Sorts. It includes over 270 recipes using foods that are naturally gluten free and/or various brands of gluten-free flours. BIOETHICS CHAIR: The first permanent chair of bioethics in Ireland will be established by University College Dublin and Trinity College this October. Bioethics is defined as the application of ethics to the biological sciences, medicine, healthcare and public policies directly towards them.
