CARING CONFERENCE:The role of the family carer is the theme of the Caring for Carers Ireland conference at the Mansion House, Dublin on Wednesday, November 7th from 10.30am-2pm.

NUTRITIONAL SENSE:How to make sense of confusing and conflicting nutrition information so as to have a healthy diet is the theme of a public talk on Saturday at noon. Healthy foods for children is the theme of another talk on Saturday, November 10th at noon.

BIOFEEDBACK'S ROLE:The role of biofeedback as a self-help treatment for migraine will be discussed at a seminar in the Fairways Hotel, Dublin Road, Dundalk at 2pm on Saturday, November 4th. THROAT SPRAY:The herbal cold remedy, Echinacea, is now available as a throat spray.
