The popularity for unisex scents shows no sign of waning and latest addition to the list is Inis, from Fragrances of Ireland. Like many such perfumes at the moment, the overall tone is cool and fresh based around this decade's favourite flower, lily of the valley. This is then balanced by citrus and marine notes with a base containing sandalwood, oakmoss, cloves and nutmeg. With Inis, Fragrances of Ireland has successfully created a scent in step with the mood of the moment which ought to appeal to men and women alike, aided by its immediate visual allure - the frosted bottle has a distinctive moulded cap. Priced at £22.50 for 100 mls (and £14.95 for 50 mls) the fragrance was launched last week and is now available at department stores, chemists and selected retailers throughout the country.
