Gardaí have arrested two people following the seizure of one kilo of heroin at a house in west Dublin last night.
A Garda spokesman said the drugs, which were found at the house at Kilcronan Avenue, Clondalkin during a raid at 9.15pm, have a potential street value of up to €200,000, pending forensice analysis.
A man (38) and a woman (32) were arrested at the scene. They are being held under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act at Clondalkin and Ballyfermot Garda stations.
