Irish Continental Group (ICG) is reviewing its options for its cruise ferry MV Price of Bilboa as a charter agreement draws to a close.
P&O operates the ferry on its Portsmouth-Bilboa route. However, the company is seeking to drop the route at the end of September, which means the charter would end.
ICG said it had received expressions of interest from people interested in buying or chartering the vessel, and would review the best options for the vessel for 2011 and beyond.
The vessel was built in 1986 for Viking Line for service between Stockholm and Helsinki is among the 20 largest cruise ferries of its type in the world.
