An inquest into the death of Mr Alan Duffy (22) of Howth Road, Clontarf, Dublin, was adjourned for three months at Dublin City Coroner's Court yesterday to allow time for a judicial review to take place in the High Court.

The coroner, Dr Brian Farrell, told Mr Duffy's parents, Mr Kevin and Mrs Vera Duffy, that the Eastern Health Board had been granted leave for the judicial review by Mr Justice McCracken in the High Court last Monday.

Mr Duffy's parents believe there was a connection between the severe mental disabilities which afflicted their son and the "three-in-one" vaccine which was administered to him as a child.
