A line of inquiry remains into the murder of a man who was shot dead in Bray, Co Wicklow, more than six years ago, Dublin Coroner’s Court heard yesterday.
Vincent O’Brien (53), from Kilbride Grove, Bray, was shot in the head and upper body by a lone gunman at his home on August 10th, 2005.
At the court gardaí requested a six-month adjournment of the inquest into the death.
Coroner Dr Brian Farrell adjourned the inquest for further mention in June.
