A review of a decision not to postpone the opening of the Bloody Sunday Inquiry did not go ahead in the High Court in Belfast yesterday as planned.
Ms Angela Ritchie, of Madden and Finucane, solicitors, said the case had been adjourned until Monday in the hope of resolving the issues raised in their application.
The inquiry is due to open in Derry on March 27th, but lawyers for relatives of the victims are seeking a judicial review of Lord Saville's decision not to grant their request for an adjournment.
Their case is based on the claim that a "substantial body" of relevant material has not been disclosed to them.
