Two investigations are under way into the death of a man in his 30s at a bar in Tallaght, Dublin, on Saturday night. The death of the 31-year-old man from the Clondalkin area appears to have been a workplace death. He was found dead in a goods lift at the Blue Bar in Belgard Square at about 6pm.
A spokesman said the Health and Safety Authority was aware of the incident and inspectors had been on the scene on Saturday. Investigations were ongoing. Gardaí are also investigating the death of the man, who appeared to have crush injuries.
