Iran's foreign minister said today Iran had not violated its commitments under nuclear non-proliferation safeguards and that any shortcomings in its co-operation with the UN atomic watchdog were in the past.
"It is a mistake to say that Iran has violated its commitments and Tehran will definitely not accept it," Mr Kamal Kharrazi said.
"Shortcomings, which could have taken place in many countries, all belong to the past and most of them have been solved," he added.
