Baghdad - Iraq said 12 people were killed and others wounded when Western warplanes bombed civilian targets in the northern city of Mosul yesterday. "American and British planes committed yet another crime against civilians when they bombed their tents in Nineveh province killing 12 citizens, injuring others and killing 200 heads of livestock," an Iraqi military spokesman said.
The spokesman said Western warplanes fired seven laserguided bombs at farmers' tents in Alboudbi and Albougha areas in the outskirts of the city of Mosul.
