A man has died after the motorbike he was driving crashed in Co Waterford on Wednesday.
The man, aged in his 50s, was air lifted to University Hospital Waterford after his motorbike struck a wall while travelling on the R448 at about 5.15pm near Waterford city.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following the fatal crash. The scene was preserved and Garda forensic collision investigators were notified. Diversions were put in place and the local coroner was notified.
