Two men who were arrested following the seizure of €374,000 in cash, during an investigation targeting organised crime, have been charged by gardaí.
The large amount of cash was seized after gardaí intercepted two vehicles in the Holywell area of Swords, Co Dublin on Friday.
The two men, aged 27 and 38, had been arrested on suspicion of facilitating or enhancing the ability of an organised crime group to commit a serious offence.
The pair had been questioned in Coolock Garda station, with gardaí carrying out several follow-up searches in the Swords and Clondalkin areas.
The men have been charged over the cash seizures and are due to appear before Swords District Court on Monday morning.
