Israeli helicopter gunships fired missiles at two targets in Gaza City tonight, striking two metal foundries and injuring four passers-by, Palestinian witnesses said.
There was no immediate comment from the Israeli army, which has frequently mounted helicopter strikes against workshops in Gaza, where it suspects militants have been manufacturing rockets and other munitions.
Palestinian witnesses said ambulances raced to the scenes shortly after Israel's latest air raid, which was launched hours after a rocket fired from Gaza landed in the southern Israeli town of Sderot, causing slight damage but no casualties.
