Israeli troops shot and killed a 16 year-old Palestinian boy in the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah today.
The Israeli army claimed its troops shot an armed man it said was handling an explosive device that he was planning to use.
However, local residents said Israeli troops fired at the youth as he and others protested the soldiers' presence by throwing stones at them.
Mohammed Jabareen is the third Palestinian to be killed in the West Bank in two days.
