Another important manuscript of an episode from James Joyce's Ulysses is coming up for auction, writes Terence Killeen. Following the sale of a manuscript of the "Circe" episode by Christie's in New York, a draft of the "Eumaeus" episode is now to be sold by Sotheby's in London on July 10th. It is expected to fetch around £1.2 million sterling. This is a very early complete working draft and is being sold by a private collector, according to a Sotheby's spokesman.
