An application by three businessmen for an injunction restraining a company owned by developer Pat Doherty, and Mr Doherty himself, from dealing with certain monies in accounts of companies involved with multi-million property developments in London and Jersey, has been adjourned on agreed terms at the High Court.

The injunction was sought in proceedings in which the three businessmen claim they were in a partnership with Harcourt Developments Ltd in connection with various developments in London and Jersey.

When the injunction application came before Mr Justice Peter Kelly yesterday, he was told it could be adjourned until October on foot of undertakings given by the defendants. The action has been brought by two property developers - Peter Crean, Maynooth Road, Rathcoffey, Co Kildare; and Andrew Kenny, Dublin Road, Dundalk, Co Louth - and by Ivor Fitzpatrick, a solicitor, of St Stephens's Green, Dublin 2.
