The High Court yesterday reserved judgment on an application by the Director of Public Prosecutions to quash a Circuit Court order requiring that potential jurors in the upcoming trial of former Taoiseach Charles Haughey be sent a questionnaire.
The questionnaire would ask if they had any association with Mr Haughey, Dunnes Stores or the Moriarty or McCracken tribunals. Mr Haughey is accused of obstructing the McCracken tribunal.
