A plan to include a 32-storey landmark building on the site of the Jurys Hotel in Ballsbridge Dublin was revealed to public representatives at a closed meeting last night.
The plan to develop the prestigious site, brought forward by developer Seán Dunne, will include 650 residential units, offices, a theatre, a cinema, an outdoor ice rink and a museum in buildings of nine to 11 storeys. The presentation was lead by former RIAI president Joyce O'Connor. The director of the Gate theatre, Michael Colgan, has been appointed cultural adviser for the project.
