Srinagar - Five members of the same family were killed in a bomb explosion in India's troubled state of Jammu and Kashmir.
Police said a bomb went off in a house that belonged to a separatist guerrilla on Saturday night near Chatrgul village of Kangan area, about 35 km north-east of the state's summer capital, Srinagar.
The Hizb-ul-Mujahideen militants are fighting for Kashmir to be merged with neighbouring Pakistan.
