A mother-of-three from Donegal who was psychologically abused by gardaí is due to resume her evidence today.
Katrina Brolly was arrested for questioning about the death of cattle dealer Richie Barron in Raphoe in 1996.
She has told the tribunal that gardaí at Letterkenny Garda Station threatened to have her children put into care if she refused to implicate her brother-in-law in murder.
She has also said that she was called a lying bastard as a female officer, Gda Joan Gallagher, pulled her hair.
Ms Brolly, who broke down while giving evidence yesterday, is due to be cross-examined by legal representatives of the gardaí accused of perpetrating the abuse.
The Morris tribunal is investigating the arrest and detention of 12 people in connection with the death of Richie Barron. Each arrest is expected to take between three and 10 days to deal with.
