Mr Gerry Kelly, the Sinn Fein Assembly member, has said that a "slight chance" still exists that the Mitchell review of the implementation of the Belfast Agreement will reach a successful conclusion.
Mr Kelly acknowledged the problems for unionism with a process which involved fundamental change and conceded that time was running out, but added: "We cannot let this chance slip away. There is still a slight possibility that we can make this review a success. Sinn Fein is determined to pursue this slight chance."
