Chairman of the Labour Court Kevin Duffy is to lead a new mediation attempt to end the long-running Vita Cortex dispute in Cork.
The three-person mediation team also includes former Labour Court officials Jack Nash and John Doherty.
New talks aimed at finding a resolution to the row are expected to get under way shortly.
The Vita Cortex workers have been occupying the former foam-manufacturing plant on the Kinsale Road since December 16th last.

The 32 employees involved in the dispute are seeking 0.9 weeks of pay for each year of service, which, they say, was agreed with the company and given to other employees.
They have already received their statutory entitlements of two weeks a year of service from the Department of Social Protection.
