Australian out-half Stephen Larkham and second-row David Giffin are injured and out of Saturday’s third test against the Lions in Sydney.
Larkham was ruled out today because of a shoulder injury, and Giffin is sidelined with a hamstring injury.
Elton Flatley is named as Larkham's replacement after starting on the substitutes bench in the first two tests. ACT Brumbies centre James Holbeck was picked as the new reserve centre.
Giffin is replaced by ACT Brumbies second-row Justin Harrison, who wins his first cap after two impressive performances against the Lions in the lead-up games.
