Legal argument in the absence of the jury continued at the murder trial of Joe O Reilly at the Central Criminal Court today.
It was the ninth day of the trial of Joe O'Reilly (35) of Lambay View, Baldarragh, The Naul, Co Dublin.
He has pleaded not guilty to murdering his wife Rachel (30) at the home they shared with their two children on October 4th 2004.
The jury of nine men and two women are to be informed that the legal argument will continue until Monday and they will not be required to attend until then.
