A Northern Ireland Minister, Lord Dubs, has responded to a scathing report published this week by the Audit Office on the misuse of public money by Positively Belfast, a company set up to improve the city's image, Theresa Judge writes.
Lord Dubs said the company had been wound up two years ago and lessons had been learned. Money to improve the North's image was now coming from an urban regeneration budget, not from resources earmarked for tackling social need, as it had in the past.
