A liquidator has asked the High Court to make a restriction order against a man alleged to have used money from his company, which was later wound up with debts of €3.1 million, to help fund the purchase of three foreign properties, his Dublin home, and a Mercedes car.
The order is sought against Patrick McNamara, The Golf Links, Malahide, Co Dublin, by Jim Luby, liquidator of Mr McNamara’s Dublin airport- based freight forwarding company Elite Logistics Ltd.
