A lorry-driver involved in a traffic accident at Slane Bridge, Co Meath, on Monday, which claimed the life of a two-year-old boy, David Garvey, appeared in court yesterday charged with dangerous driving.
Mr Barry Graham (35), of Primrose Gardens, Portrush, Co Antrim, was arrested by Sgt Mark Tobin, Slane, and charged with dangerous driving at Slane Bridge, Slane, on February 12th, Kilcock District Court was told.
