1. A donation of $50,000 from Norwegian company Telenor to Fine Gael fund-raiser the late Mr David Austin in 1995. The money was for Fine Gael and came following an approach by Mr Austin to Mr Denis O'Brien.
2. A payment of £147,000 sterling in late 1996. Mr David Austin sold a property in Spain to Mr O'Brien for £150,000 sterling. He opened an account in the Channel Islands and lodged the money there, before sending it to an account in the Isle of Man just opened by Mr Lowry. Mr Lowry returned the money on February 7th, 1997, the day the McCracken tribunal was established.
3. A property in Mansfield, England. Bought in 1998 by Mr Lowry and Mr Aidan Phelan. The price was £250,000 sterling of which Mr Lowry paid £25,000 sterling. Balance came from £300,000 which originated in a London account belonging to Mr O'Brien. Mr Phelan says the money was owed to him by Mr O'Brien.
4. A property in Cheadle, England, bought in September 1999 using what was left of the £300,000 which came from Mr O'Brien's account, and a £420,000 loan from Dublin bank Investec.
