Man (78) dies in Co Down crash

A man (78) has died after a road crash in Co Down yesterday.

The PSNI named the man today as John McGivern of Mourne Drive, Warrenpoint.

It is believed he was hit by a vehicle as he got out of a car on the Summerhill Road yesterday.
