A Monaghan garage proprietor has been remanded for sentence by the Central Criminal Court on charges of buggery and indecent assault on a boy dating back almost 15 years. The 30-year-old man pleaded guilty to four charges of buggery, three charges of indecent assault and one charge of indecently assaulting the boy's sister.
