A man was tonight charged with a murder in Derry in September.
Darren Thompson (22) from Harkness Gardens in the city was shot in the head as he walked to work.
The victim was found lying in a pool of blood in the Waterside district and died in hospital two days later. A 26-year-old man will appear before Derry magistrates tomorrow.
