A man is to appear in court in Dublin today charged in connection with the death of a woman killed in a hit-and-run road crash late last year.
A Garda statement said the man would appear before Dublin District Court this afternoon.
He will be charged in connection with the death of Lily Hastingsbass (20), who died following the crash at Rathgar Road on November 26th, 2006.
The young woman was originally from Berkshire in England and had begun studying English at Trinity College Dublin a few months before her death.

She was crossing the road with a group of friends just yards from her apartment when she was hit by a car that failed to stop.
Her life-support machine was switched off at St James's Hospital on December 7th.
