A Co Wicklow man has appeared at Arklow court charged with the murder of Frenchman Charles Sinapayen on June 1st.
Declan Sheridan (22), Sugarloaf View, Sea Road, Kilcoole, Co Wicklow, was charged by Sgt Derek Maguire who told the court yesterday he had arrested Mr Sheridan on Tuesday evening at Ballywaltrim Heights, Bray. Mr Sinapayen died in Beaumont Hospital three days after a shooting incident at Richmond Hill, Fassaroe, Bray, on May 29th.
Mr Sheridan was remanded in custody to Cloverhill court until June 17th.
