A man (28) has appeared in court in Clonmel charged with murdering another man in the town.
The body of Kieran Cambridge (45) was found at his house at Carrigeen, Clonmel, shortly after 2.30am yesterday.
Alex Freiberg of Bridgewater House, Clonmel was brought before a special sitting of Clonmel District Court where he was charged with the murder of Mr Cambridge on September 16th.
Judge Terence Finn agreed to applications that Freiberg should receive appropriate medical attention and he also ordered that a psychiatric report be prepared.

The judge remanded Mr Freiberg in custody to appear before Carrick-on-Suir District Court on Thursday.
