A man has been charged with the murder of a 22-year-old man in north Belfast last December at Belfast Magistrates' Court.
Mr Wayne Stephen Dowie (23) whose address was given as Magilligan Prison, was charged with the murder of Belfast man Jonathan Stewart at a party two days after Christmas last year.
Mr Dowie replied "no" when the charges were put to him.
