A man in his 40s has died after a wall collapsed on him at a farm in Co Derry this afternoon.
The man was named as Cornelius Gormley, 49, a builder who was working at a farm in Limavady when he was killed.
Emergency services were called to the farm at Seacoast Road in the Bellarena area at around 2pm. Health and safety officials are carrying out their own investigation. Mr Gormley's aunt Bridie said the family were devastated at the loss.
"He is a really nice fella. He is married to Margaret Rose but he doesn't have any children," she said. "He built sheds for a living but I don't know what happened today." The accident happened at the farm of Barbara Allison.
"We are all very shocked. I don't know what happened," Mrs Allison said. Police were still at the farm this afternoon.
