A man (32) is due to appear in court in Belfast this morning charged with attempted rape after a woman was attacked in her south Belfast home last night.
The PSNI said the man, who was also charged with burglary with intent, would appear at Belfast Magistrates Court at 10am today.
The woman was assaulted early on Sunday morning at her house in Haypark Avenue, off the Ormeau Road.
